Kasai Japanese Steakhouse is celebrating another successful year of giving back during its third annual Fire & Fairways charity golf tournament, benefiting Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Centers.
The tournament raised over $34,000 to support their mission of inspiring teens to discover their passion and purpose, according to a press release.
Held at Biltmore Golf Club, one of the Valley’s premier golf courses, the sold-out event brought together community leaders, local businesses, and supporters for a lively day of competition and camaraderie, the release states.
“Each year, Fire & Fairways grows in impact thanks to the generosity of our guests and sponsors,” said Mike Russello, owner of Kasai Japanese Steakhouse. “We’re proud to stand behind a cause that empowers youth through creativity, mentorship, and community.”
The funds raised will help Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Centers continue offering free access to recording studios, dance and music lessons, art classes, and job training resources at its teen centers in Arizona.
“Kasai Japanese Steakhouse and their great team organized a fantastic golf tournament and luncheon to support Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Centers”, said Randy Spencer at Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Centers. “Alice Cooper, Sheryl Cooper, our board members and staff want to greatly thank all of the golfers, sponsors and the Kasai team for not only a welcoming day but their heartfelt support for youth in our community. We look forward to many more collaborations together — and sharing great sushi!”
