At a time when many brokerages are downsizing, Diversified Partners is doubling down on growth by bringing in top-tier talent to lead a new chapter of collaboration and services.
The firm is announcing the launch of its first dedicated investment sales team, expanding its capabilities and deepening its commitment to serving landlords, investors and developers across the region, according to a press release.

The new investment sales team enables Diversified Partners to offer landlords and investors comprehensive, end-to-end support, from acquisitions and leasing to repositioning, value-add strategies, 1031 exchanges and profitable dispositions, all under one roof, the release states.
The team will be overseen by Managing Director Stan Sanchez, who will also lead brokerage operations firmwide.
John Jackson joins Diversified Partners as senior vice president of investment sales, bringing 19 years of experience advising investors on the acquisition, repositioning and sale of retail assets.
Kristina Remon joins Diversified Partners as vice president of investment sales and will co-lead the new service line alongside Mr. Jackson.
