Compass is announcing that luxury Realtor Nathan Waite and Associate Broker David Larchez have joined the brokerage, bringing their expertise and deep market knowledge to the Valley’s high-end real estate markets of Paradise Valley and Scottsdale.
Previously with Silverhawk Realty — where Mr. Larchez served as founder since 2011 and Mr. Waite joined in 2020 — these top producers have built a reputation for excellence in high-end residential transactions, development projects and investment properties. Mr. Waite holds a doctorate degree and Mr. Larchez, an MBA, credentials highlighting the knowledge and expertise they bring to Arizona’s luxury real estate market.

Mr. Waite and Mr. Larchez’s move to Compass makes for a powerful addition to the brokerage’s growing presence in Arizona’s high-end real estate market. The duo recently listed a record-breaking Yucca Road land sale in the Town of Paradise Valley — the largest land sale for a single-family home in state history — in November 2024, working closely with Compass’s Frank DiMaggio on the $12.5-million off-market transaction. It was the second time Waite and Larchez sold this particular land parcel, and also the second time it set a record for land sales tied to a single-family home in Arizona.
