Compass Arizona is announcing a recent $25 million sale of a newly built modern Mediterranean estate in the prestigious upper canyon of Silverleaf.
Representing the undisclosed out-of-state buyers were Compass Arizona Luxury Real Estate Agents Nickie and Don Knight, with Laura Lester of Silverleaf Realty representing the seller, according to a press release.
Compass closed the transaction in a record seven days, the release states.
Built in 2023 by Paragon Custom Homes, the home was designed by Eric Peterson of PHX Architecture and styled by interior designer Laura Kehoe. Combining Mediterranean warmth with a modern aesthetic, the estate spans approximately 14,369 square feet and features 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.
Among the big selling points – the ultra-luxe entertainment wing that includes a nightclub-inspired bar with billboard lighting, plush lounge areas, a golf simulator, custom wine room and state-of-the-art 19-seat home theater — complete with its own snack bar — offering a true cinematic experience.

While the $25 million transaction stands among the highest and quickest transactions to close in recent months, for the Knight team of Compass, which has sold $34 million in real estate since May of this year, it is a sign of positive growth and demand in the luxury sector, representatives of the brand tell Real Property & Homes.
