Arizona real estate professionals and community members will take to the courts this fall for the inaugural Arizona Real Estate Charity Tennis Classic, presented by Coldwell Banker Realty, to raise money for the Arizona Housing Fund.
The tournament is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, 2026, at the Phoenix Tennis Center, 6330 N. 21st Ave. in Phoenix. Organizers say proceeds will support the Arizona Housing Fund’s efforts to expand affordable and workforce housing throughout the state, according to a press release.
A donor has committed to matching all charitable contributions generated by the event dollar for dollar, effectively doubling donations made by players, spectators, businesses and other supporters.
The tournament will feature men’s and women’s doubles competition and is open to players of all skill levels. Registration is $100 per player, with organizers stating that all registration proceeds will benefit the Arizona Housing Fund. The event’s fundraising goal is $10,000, with additional donations also being accepted.
“Every home begins with the opportunity for safe, stable housing,” said Buzz Carr, tournament director. “This tournament is an opportunity for Arizona’s real estate community to come together, enjoy a day of friendly competition, and make a meaningful difference for individuals and families across our state. Knowing that every dollar donated will be matched makes this opportunity even more exciting.”
Founded by Arizona housing advocate Howard Epstein, the Arizona Housing Fund is a collaborative fund of the Arizona Community Foundation that provides financial support to nonprofit organizations developing and operating supportive, affordable, low-income and workforce housing. Since its inception, the fund has donated $1.9 million to 11 nonprofit housing projects across Arizona.

Together we are making a difference by funding more housing projects to help reduce homelessness for so many in need.”
