Camelot Homes received four Gold Nugget Awards for its Scottsdale luxury community, The Edge at Joy Ranch, during the PCBC Gold Nugget Awards ceremony July 29 in Anaheim, California.
The Edge at Joy Ranch received awards in the following categories:
•Residential Detached Community of the Year
•Best Single Family Detached Home, Plan 9523B
•Best Indoor/Outdoor Lifestyle for a Production Home, Plan 9522A
•Best Specialty Room Design, Whiskey Room, Plan 9523B
Camelot Homes partnered with Hannouche Architects, Pacific Dimensions Inc. and Creative Environments in the design of The Edge at Joy Ranch.
“We’re extremely honored to share that we received four top awards at this year’s PCBC Gold Nugget Awards, in particular the prestigious Residential Detached Community of the Year for The Edge at Joy Ranch,” Kevin Rosinski, president of Camelot Homes, said. “This recognition is especially meaningful as it marks our second consecutive year receiving this honor, following last year’s win for The Collection.”
The awards recognize achievements in residential design, planning and development, according to a press release.

Presented by the California Building Industry Association and PCBC, the Gold Nugget Awards recognize individuals and organizations in residential design, planning and development. The program has been presented for 62 years and honors projects that address local challenges through design, planning and development.
