Cushman & Wakefield announced that the real estate services firm arranged a 3,600-square-foot lease with fà-me café at 24th at Camelback, an office building at 2375 E. Camelback Road in Phoenix.

Brad Anderson and Mike Strittmatter of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Columbus Properties, in the lease negotiation, and Cole Schillne of Orion Investment Real Estate represented the tenant.

fà-me café, co-owned by Maria and Ivan O’Farrill, plans to relocate its restaurant to the space in the fourth quarter of this year, according to a press release.

“We’re always looking to curate tenants that elevate both the experience and long-term value of an asset—and bringing fà-me café to 24th at Camelback does exactly that,” Mr. Anderson said. “Their relocation to one of Phoenix’s premier office buildings will offer tenants a fantastic dining option with the addition of this local favorite.”

Ivan O’Farrill, chef and co-owner of fà-me café, echoed a similar sentiment.

“It just feels natural to move into the Biltmore location,” he said. “We’ve called this area home for more than a decade, and being able to continue our story here means a lot to us and our team.”
