Dee Jimenez of Bell Bank notches coveted business accolade

Bell Bank is announcing Branch Manager Dee Jimenez has been honored with the 2024 Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators Award by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
Ms. Jimenez leads a bilingual mortgage team in Bell Bank’s Goodyear Mortgage Branch, according to a press release.
“At Bell Bank we strive every day to make sure we are not just meeting the needs of our growing community, but we that are exceeding our client’s needs and delivering an outstanding product,” Ms. Jimenez said in a prepared statement.
“I am so blessed and honored to have been given this award. It just reinforces our commitment to serving our community and making home ownership a reality for everyone.”
Ms. Jimenez will formally receive the award this fall in San Diego, where she will join 249 other top Latino mortgage professionals.
“Dee’s outstanding achievements are a testament to the Latino mortgage market’s growing leadership and impact,” said Bell Bank Mortgage President Tony Weick, in a prepared statement. “She has led by example and grown a team of bilingual mortgage lenders who are truly making a difference in the lives of the clients they serve.”
In 2023 Bell Bank Mortgage opened the bilingual lending office in Goodyear. Found at 15150 W. Park Place, Suite 104, in Goodyear, the office is led by Ms. Jimenez along with mortgage loan officers Pete Alvarez, Jose Montes, Manny Nunez, Jonathan Saucedo and Kelly Jeschke.
