The Toy Barn is continuing to expand of its upscale garage condo facilities and has agreed to purchase land within new the Mack Innovation Park, found at Loop 101 and Bell Road by Mack Real Estate Group in Scottsdale.
The Toy Barn North Scottsdale will be the company’s ninth location and is situated on a 10-acre site within the park, according to a press release.
The new campus will span more than 205,000 square feet and showcase 135 privately owned garage suites. Phase one, which is set to commence in winter of 2025, will be 98,000 square feet, 64 suites, and the community clubhouse, the release states.
Toy Barn North Scottsdale will exclusively feature a rooftop members-only lounge with incredible views of the Valley and its breathtaking scenery.
