Lorenzo’s Italian Kitchen is unveiling a full brand refresh, complete with a reimagined menu and updated interior.
The changes mark a new era for the 17-year-old concept under the direction of acclaimed restaurateur Eric J. Greenwald, who purchased the restaurant in 2022.
“I’ve been dining at Lorenzo’s for years and when I took over the restaurant in 2022, I knew it was time to evolve,” Mr. Greenwald said in a prepared statement. “The food was solid, the foundation was strong, but the space and menu needed a refresh. My team and I kept the fan favorites people come back for but elevated the overall experience to match what today’s diners are looking for.”
The redesigned 2,000-square-foot space brings a bold, modern edge. Guests are welcomed by a vibrant mural of pizza slices and a playful neon signs. The dining area features red accents, sleek black furniture and a cozy booth-lined wall.
While fan favorites will remain on the menu, Lorenzo’s Italian Kitchen will unveil updated offerings to their food, wine, and beer menu blending traditional Italian comfort food with contemporary flair.
The pizza dough recipe was tweaked to give each pie a lighter and crispier taste, using an upgraded water filtration system which creates a lighter yet crispier dough. Guests can still enjoy beloved dishes like the house-made alla vodka pasta, classic lasagna, and the signature garlic knots, now alongside new additions like bolognese topped fries and a rich and delectable brownoli.
“Our updated menu keeps the classic Italian cuisine people know and love, but with a modern twist,” Mr. Greenwald added.
“Lorenzo’s has been part of this community for nearly two decades, and this refresh is about raising the bar and delivering the quality our guests deserve. We’re excited to welcome back longtime regulars and introduce a new generation of diners to what Lorenzo’s is all about.”
