Award-winning Food Network Chef Nik Fields has officially launched The Collective, a first-of-its-kind dual-concept hub combining a high-energy coffeehouse and a gourmet dining destination — all housed inside the Arizona Center in the heart of downtown Phoenix.

This hybrid experiences include:

The Grind Coffee Shop — A vibrant, work-friendly space serving premium espresso, indulgent breves, and eye-catching signature drinks in a collaborative environment.

•The Mix by Chic Chef  — A fresh, chef-driven salad bar and lunch spot offering gourmet bowls/salads, seasonal soups, and handcrafted vinaigrettes made with Chef Nik’s signature line of oils and vinegars.

Together, they offer a seamless morning-to-night experience curated for Phoenix’s professionals, creatives, students, and travelers.

Collaboration meets caffeine at The Grind

The Grind hosts local art installations, live poetry readings, fashion pop-ups, and community networking events as the menu Highlights include:

• S.H.E.O Biscoff Caramel Breve – Rich, bold espresso blended with heavy cream and luscious Biscoff caramel.

• Sweet Success Strawberry Cheesecake Breve – A dessert-inspired indulgence, topped with graham crackers and fresh strawberries.

The Mix by Chic Chef equals lunch, elevated
