•The Grind Coffee Shop — A vibrant, work-friendly space serving premium espresso, indulgent breves, and eye-catching signature drinks in a collaborative environment.
•The Mix by Chic Chef — A fresh, chef-driven salad bar and lunch spot offering gourmet bowls/salads, seasonal soups, and handcrafted vinaigrettes made with Chef Nik’s signature line of oils and vinegars.
