HonorHealth participated in an exercise Tuesday, Feb. 4, at HonorHealth Mountain Vista Medical Center (MVMC) in Mesa as part of ongoing emergency preparedness training executed by the HonorHealth Emergency Management team. The exercise created a scenario of mass casualties following a staged aircraft incident at Mesa Gateway Airport, according to HonorHealth officials.
