Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino is celebrating the property’s 30th anniversary by delivering checks totaling more than $30,000 to Valley 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Five local charities including Soldier’s Best Friend, Phoenix Pride, F.O.R. Maricopa, Maricopa Pantry, Inc. and The Veterans in Need Project received donations from the property’s HERO fund and guest NRT donations, according to a press release.
