Concord Wilshire Capital and TLG Investment Partners have begun the abatement and demolition of the Metrocenter Mall, including the Dillard’s and U-Haul Buildings — formerly Macy’s — ushering in the largest redevelopment of a shopping mall enterprise in state history.
