As of 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1, the Maricopa County Elections Department is reporting updated unofficial results in the Paradise Valley Town Council election.
In the race for mayor of the Town of Paradise Valley, initial unofficial results are:
- Anna Thomasson with 1,527 or45.81% of ballots cast.
- Mark Stanton with 1,288 votes or 38.64% of ballots cast.
- Mary Hamway with 518 votes or 15.54% of ballots cast.
Unofficial vote tallies for candidates running unopposed for Paradise Valley Town Council are:
- Scott Moore with 2,273 votes or 35.25% of ballots cast.
- Karen Liepmann with 2,096 votes or 32.51% of ballots cast.
- Julie Pace with 2,079 votes or 32.24% of ballots cast.
