TruWest celebrates 70 years with service recognition

TruWest Credit Union received the Credit Union National Association Diamond Award, which recognizes the organization’s 70th anniversary at the CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council’s Diamond Awards in Orlando.
The Diamond Awards, representing the best of credit union marketing and business development, honor credit unions in 35 categories, ranging from direct mail to website marketing, video and radio commercials to social media, according to a press release.
“We are honored to receive this extraordinary recognition for 70 years of serving the community,” said Jennifer Kimmell, senior vice president and chief marketing officer at TruWest Credit Union. “Collaborating as colleagues, community partners and members to create a lasting impact is at the heart of everything we do.”
The CUNA Diamond Awards are among the most prestigious annual credit union marketing competitions, spotlighting and rewarding innovation, outcome and creative excellence.
This year’s Diamond Awards competition received 1,246 entries – 91 credit unions won Best Awards and 244 won Diamond Awards, the release states.
