Sunbelt Investment Holdings, the City of Mesa, Okland Construction and CBRE celebrated the groundbreaking of Mesa Grandview Business Park, a 270,000-square-foot, three-building industrial development at the southwest corner of Loop 202 and Greenfield Road in Mesa.
