Robson Communities seeks to define active adult community development

Robson Communities is reporting awards won at the most recent Major Achievements in Merchandising Excellence Awards, hosted by the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona.
The event, Robson Communities representatives say, recognizes outstanding achievements and innovations in the homebuilding industry.
The ‘Avalon’ home design at Robson Ranch Arizona earned three accolades in the 55+ categories. This home was named Active Adult Home of the Year, highlighting Robson Communities’ commitment to creating exceptional homes and living spaces.
“These home designs embody the essence of modern, comfortable, and active adult living. It is an honor to see our efforts acknowledged by the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona,” said SVP of Architecture and Design Steven Berry, in a prepared statement. “Mr. Robson and the entire Robson team including our interior designers strive to create homes that not only meet the needs and desires of our homeowners but also exceed their expectations.”
Another notable achievement for Robson Communities was the Bali design at Robson Ranch, which claimed the top spot in the Best Interior Merchandising in the active adult home category. The Bali design exemplifies Robson Communities’ inviting and stylish living spaces.
“My ultimate objective is to maximize the strengths of Robson’s floorplans and utilize our options to the fullest,” said Robson Design Group’s senior interior designer Eileen Ball. “However, my primary goal is always to create interiors tailored to our active adult buyer. It is a real privilege working with the Robson Communities team, whose first priority is always the buyers’ satisfaction.”
