Poetry in a Bottle is pleased to announce the newest addition to its wine collection, ‘Kiss in the Rain’ – a light, crisp and clean Sauvignon Blanc by founder Alexandria Rizik.
The poetically pretty ‘Kiss in the Rain’ Sauvignon Blanc is grown and bottled in Santa Barbara County’s coveted Happy Canyon and is a delicious and delicate 2021, according to a press release.
The 100% Sauvignon Blanc is made with sustainable ingredients offering a light, crisp and refreshing flavor, for a price of $40 a bottle, the release states.
Ms. Rizik, an award-winning filmmaker and published author, has always had a passion for wine. From the custom artwork by renowned Mexican artist Efrain Malo to the sensual and romantic poetry written specifically as an interpretation of the taste, each detail of this wine is a purposeful experience, she says.
“My goal was to create an approachable tasting wine that anyone can sip with friends and family, enjoy with your favorite book, or unwind with by the beach or cozy fireplace,” said Ms. Rizik in a prepared statement. “I am so excited for this launch of my newest Sauvignon Blanc. Where my red blend evokes a deep and rich tasting experience, my white wine offers something equal parts provocative and refreshing.”
‘Kiss in the Rain’ can be ordered through Blendtique, an online wine shop that ships nationally and will be available in restaurants and retailers similar to Poetry in a Bottle’s red blend.
