McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park gets funding boost from Plexus Worldwide

Plexus Worldwide is renewing its sponsorship of the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park for the year 2024.
Gene Tipps, CEO of Plexus, expressed enthusiasm about the continued partnership, stating,
“Our mission aligns perfectly with the values of the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park, offering Scottsdale residents and visitors a vibrant hub for active and enjoyable living,” he said of the undisclosed financial commitment. “We eagerly anticipate the mutual benefits our ongoing sponsorship will bring to both Plexus and the community.”
As part of this collaboration, Plexus will feature prominently at key events hosted by the park, including Tents by the Tracks, Red White and Choo Choo, Halloween Spook-Track-Ula, Holiday Lights, and the Sunday concert series, representatives of Plexus Worldwide tell the Digital Free Press.

The Scottsdale Railroad and Mechanical Society is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1971 by Guy Stillman envisioned to provide assistance to the development and stewardship of the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park, 7301 E. Indian Bend Road.
Managed by the city of Scottsdale, the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park attracts over a million visitors annually. Nestled in the heart of Scottsdale, the 30-acre park boasts attractions such as the Paradise & Pacific Railroad and the vintage Allan Herschell carousel, alongside shops, museums, and a unique playground, offering a picturesque setting for relaxation and recreation.
