Developer David Hersh, founder of WOW Luxury Properties and HERSH24K, is working in conjunction with Cullum Homes and Desert Foothills Landscaping to demolish a site in the Town of Paradise Valley nestled against Mummy Mountain with an anticipated asking price of $29 million.
The home, coined ‘Mountain Magic Estate,’ which will sit just above and overlooks the pending Ritz-Carlton development along Lincoln Drive in the Town of Paradise Valley, will be built by luxury custom home builder Cullum Homes and will face the majestic Camelback Mountain.
“We saw a property that was not properly utilizing the incredible assets it had and by working with Cullum Homes, Desert Foothills Landscaping, engineers and the Town of Paradise Valley we now have the blueprints for what will be an incredible positioned estate with two stories of front to back and incredible views designed to wow you from every angle,” Mr. Hersh said in a prepared statement.
Named after its prime location in Mummy Mountain and staring at Camelback Mountain in Paradise Valley, once completed Mountain Magic will offer a spectacular 11,300-square-foot estate on just over an acre of land with an innovative 120-foot water wall, roof-top pickle ball courts and other high-end amenities.
Construction will begin on the property with a planned completion date of late 2025.
As of current inventory checks there were six homes in Paradise Valley priced over 20 million, making this home on Joshua Tree the seventh, according to a press release.
“This beautiful home embodies modern opulence and offers a profound connection to the surrounding natural beauty,” said Lindsay Cullum-Colwell, principal at Cullum Homes. “Mountain Magic is the culmination of a shared vision to create a living experience that surpasses all expectations. We can’t wait to unveil this masterpiece with a one-of-a-kind residential waterfall which is sure to amaze many prospective buyers.”
The sprawling multi-level estate provides the ultimate canvas for a life of luxury and comfort.
Two oversized separate garages will offer convenience and space for automobile enthusiasts. The glass elevator will seamlessly connect the two levels, providing its guests and residents with an elegant and convenient way to traverse across the home.
Continuing the home’s ultra-modern design, the large 7-bedroom and 7-bathroom estate will ensure that every guest enjoys the utmost privacy and comfort.
“Between this one-of-a-kind water wall, the breathtaking views of Paradise Valley, the lights and the iconic Camelback Mountain, and architectural design of the home and property, we will be providing the home’s new resident with a constant visual feast of natural beauty,” said Jake Plocher, VP & Lead Designer of Desert Foothills Landscape.
