Mesa City Council is moving forward with a continuation of the usage of photo radar technology on local roads, streets and thoroughfares approving an internal request from city staff Monday, Dec. 2 to allow City Manager Chris Brady to execute three consecutive extensions to the existing contract with American Traffic Solutions.
