Mark-Taylor Residential, a Scottsdale-based multifamily housing management firm, has announced the Sanctuary on 51st, a new single-family luxury rental home community in Laveen.
Found at 7100 S. 51st Ave. in Laveen, Sanctuary on 51st is nestled between the Sonoran Desert and Rogers Ranch neighborhood, according to a press release.
The for-rent community is commutable to employers across the Valley of the Sun, proponents of the brand say.
