Existing single-family home sales in Greater Phoenix increased 5.1% during the first seven months of 2026 compared with the same period last year, while pending sales were nearly unchanged, slipping 0.6%, and new listings declined 2.8%, according to the latest market data from Phoenix REALTORS.
