Frank Aazami and David Mayo of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty have successful brokered the $6.7 million purchase of an exquisite estate found at 23035 N. Church Road in north Scottsdale.
The eight-acre north Scottsdale estate sold last Friday and now represents the highest sale outside of the gated communities of 85255 since the downturn of the market in April of 2022, according to Mr. Aazami, who leads The Private Client Group under the umbrella of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty.
Featuring six bedrooms, 10 baths and more than 12,000-square-foot, the exquisitely designed estate offers ultimate entertaining amenities including its own 40-seat theater room with a separate stage area, sound board room, soda station and wet bar viewing area. Mr. Aazami says he is now focused on selling a new 9.4-acre spec home adjacent to the ‘Church House’ property for a cool $9.95 million.
Parolo Builders and Stratton Architects are expected to break ground on the estate in April of 2023. The 8,300-square-foot custom contemporary home will feature five bedrooms, seven baths, office, flex room, wine closet, elevator, den, seven-car garage and gated drive, those close to the project report.
