Davis Commercial hired Jakob Lasiewicki to fill a newly added position as a licensed commercial agent.
Mr. Lasiewicki specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial property, representing tenants and buyers as well as lessors and sellers throughout the commercial real estate process, according to a press release.
The growing Scottsdale brokerage firm now employs a team of eight brokers and licensed agents, the release states.
Mr. Lasiewicki earned his real estate license as a teenager and started working in residential real estate in his hometown of Flagstaff. He spent four years as a residential real estate agent before relocating to Phoenix and switching his focus to commercial real estate.
Mr. Lasiewicki also holds his securities license and is studying business law at Arizona State University. He is also working toward earning his CCIM designation, a designation only 6% of commercial real estate professionals hold nationwide.
“Jakob is a great addition to our team. He is hardworking and ambitious with a passion for commercial real estate,” states Andrea Davis, owner and designated broker of Davis Commercial. “Jakob thrives working directly with business owners under the fast pace of commercial real estate, exceeding expectations in his negotiations for clients.”
