Sonora Quest Laboratories continues calibration of executive leadership

Sonora Quest Laboratories, Arizona’s leading diagnostic laboratory, has promoted David Gibb to executive director of patient services from manager of patient services.
For more than 30 years, Mr. Gibb has treated patients and managed care teams while delivering outstanding customer service, according to a press release.
“David is an outstanding addition to our executive team and will be a valuable part of our patient-centered approach to lab services,” said David Dexter, president and CEO of Sonora Quest Laboratories.
“His well- honed skills will enable us to remain at the forefront of providing exceptional patient outcomes at each of our locations.”
As Executive Director of Patient Services, Mr. Gibb will support Sonora Quest Laboratories’ mission to provide the best patient experience possible at every stage.
In his previous role as Manager of Patient Services, Mr. Gibb led a complete restructuring of the department while achieving growth and productivity targets during the COVID pandemic while maintaining a less than 1% client loss.
