Dan Swinscoe, a Fountain Hills resident and owner of Train2Win Clinic in Scottsdale, was recently named one of the Best Fitness Trainers in America for 2025-26 by Golf Digest.
The biennial list showcases the top performance coaches from thousands across the country. Mr. Swinscoe is among the top 69 trainers in the U.S. who made the competitive final selection list and is one of just 13 in the entire Southwest region, with only five in the state of Arizona, according to a press release.
In Arizona, which boasts more than 370 golf courses and hosts many notable golf events, the list has become an important resource for professional and amateur golfers alike who strive to improve their game while avoiding injury and staying fit, the release states.
This year, the Golf Digest Fitness Advisory Panel received hundreds of nominations from golfers across the country seeking to recognize quality trainers. The panel then pored through their applications to select the very best, who represent a diverse range of educational backgrounds and training philosophies.
Dan Swinscoe’s motto for Train2Win is, “We help you move better, feel better, and play better.”
He boasts more than 30 years of experience in his practice, with an extensive resume of skills that include the highest available certifications from the Titleist Performance Institute as both a golf medical professional and a golf fitness professional.
“The ability to assess each person as an individual and provide them what they specifically need to succeed is foremost,” Ms. Swinscoe said in a prepared statement. “Whether it’s body-related services from me or a club fitting or professional instruction, everyone gets what they uniquely need. We don’t do the same thing with everyone and I’m happy to refer to my colleagues as necessary, always putting the client first.”
Those clients include professional athletes, coaches, physicians, personal trainers, and golfers of all ages and skill levels, some of whom travel by plane to benefit from Swinscoe’s expertise, customized care, and passion – giving new meaning to a ‘long drive.’
“Nothing great happens without enthusiasm,” he said. “It’s important to have fun when you’re here and we’re working together.”
