Cushman & Wakefield brokered the recent sale of the 100-room Aloft Glendale at Westgate hotel.
The four-story hospitality asset is found at 6920 N. 93rd Ave. and was acquired by Chicago-based Bradford Allen Hospitality Investments. The property sold for $23.75 million, according to a press release.

The hotel also features several on-site amenities and social spaces, including business meeting space, Re:charge gym, outdoor Splash pool, urban-inspired WXYZ BAR, and a convenience store.
