Cuisine & Wine Bistro is opening its doors from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, May 12, to host a special Mother’s Day dinner service.
The prix-fixe menu will feature fine French cuisine created by co-owner and Executive Chef Fabrice Buschtetz. The three-course meal will include two or three choices each for starters, entrées, and desserts, according to a press release.
“We’re a family-run restaurant, and love bringing families together,” said co-owner Máiréad Buschtetz. “Our guests can treat their mothers to an evening of delicious French cuisine and let our sommelier Killian recommend the perfect wines to complement their selections.”
For starters, choose between the Quiche, served on a short crust with leek confit and Gruyère cheese, and the Chèvre, which is savory goat cheese with bacon on toast, served with spring greens and sweet lemon honey.
Select from three entrées, including:
- The Boeuf, a New York strip steak cooked to order with a classic Bordelaise sauce, and hand-cut fries;
- The Saumon, a filet of Atlantic salmon served with spinach, shallots, and a traditional French puff pastry; and
- The Truite, a filet of rainbow trout served with warm brown butter, almonds, and savory risotto galette.
The third course is a choice between two decadent desserts: the Chocolat, a sweet Belgian chocolate mousse with raspberries, and a delicious Crêpe served with a Grand Marnier butter sauce and orange zest.
Cuisine & Wine Bistro is at 4991 S. Alma School Road in Chandler.
