Sunbelt Investment Holdings Inc., the city of Mesa, Okland Construction and CBRE celebrated the groundbreaking of Mesa Grandview Business Park, a 270,000-square-foot, three-building industrial development at the southwest corner of Loop 202/Red Mountain Freeway and Greenfield Road in Mesa.
