April 15 Blue Hawaii Gala marks 45 years of Child Crisis Arizona efforts

Child Crisis Arizona is hosting its milestone 45th anniversary event — a Blue Hawaii-themed gala — at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 15, at the JW Marriott Camelback Inn in the Town of Paradise Valley.
Child Crisis Arizona, which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, serves vulnerable children, youth and families and is committed to ending child abuse and neglect through prevention, education, and intervention programs.
The island-inspired theme is inspired by some of the organization’s most beloved galas over the past several decades, and those who attend are encouraged to don tropical attire, especially in hues of blue, representatives of the event say.
In addition to a formal seated dinner and program, which will include an update on the new net-zero campus being built in the Valley to bring all of the organization’s programs under one roof, Child Crisis Arizona has plans to entertain guests with a slew of interactive elements throughout the evening, including a “pool bar pull,” which is a twist on a blind wine pull and includes the chance for donors to win high-end bourbons, tequilas, island rums, and other specialty spirits; a shaved ice bar; casino games for prizes; and a series of fundraising games.
Also expect a silent auction, dancing, a paddle raiser, and live music from Notes from Neptune, an acoustic jam band best-known for taking popular songs from the past 50 years and re-imagining or re-arranging them in playful and soulful ways.
Tickets start at $400 and tables start at $4,000 and can be purchased HERE.
