AR Concepts is unveiling two grab-and-go concepts uniquely found in the same 2,000-square-foot location.

Debuting Labor Day Weekend at 4441 N. Buckboard Trail in Old Town Scottsdale is Chickadees Chicken and Fries by evening and Grindhouse Espresso Bar by morning.

“We’re excited to announce two new dining concepts in the heart of Scottsdale’s entertainment district,” said Ahmad Alatrash, co-founder of AR Concepts, in a prepared statement. “We conceptualized Chickadees and Grindhouse as the solution to what was missing in the district — high quality chicken and coffee in one convenient location.”

Chickadees Chicken and Fries will provide Old Town Scottsdale with Southern-style, hand-breaded fried chicken. Six different fried and grilled chicken sandwich and salad options will be served with sauce choices like buffalo, Carolina BBQ, Nashville hot sauce and Chickadee’s house special, according to a press release. House-made sides will also be on the menu to accompany main menu items, including waffle fries, queso mac and cheese, potato salad, house onion rings and house-made slaw.

Chickadees Chicken and Fries is open from 10 a.m. to 3 a.m.

Two Scottsdale concepts, one space

Not solely a coffee shop, Grindhouse Espresso Bar will offer patrons a variety of delicious, customizable drinks, like fruit smoothies, blended frappes, hot chocolate, matcha and chai lattes. Coffee fanatics (both iced and hot) will be able to order standard drip coffee, espresso, cold brews, lattes and cappuccinos.

Those seeking an extra jolt to kickstart their day can opt for fruity energy juices, with flavors like strawberry kiwi blueberry, strawberry peach, watermelon cherry mint and raspberry kiwi. Grindhouse Espresso Bar will be open from 6 a.m. until 3 a.m.
