Paiute Neighborhood Center and Via Linda Senior Center are commemorating three decades of serving the community with events to honor the lasting impact they’ve made in Scottsdale.
Paiute Neighborhood Center is a vital resource for Scottsdale residents — providing social, recreational and educational programs and services. Via Linda Senior Center has been a cornerstone for Scottsdale’s aging population since 1995 — offering daily recreational programs and special events that promote an active and engaging lifestyle.
Social services are also available for senior adults and their families including home delivered meals, wellness checks and consultations with social workers, according to a press release.
“For three decades, Paiute Neighborhood Center and Via Linda Senior Center have been pillars of community support, connection and enrichment,” said Kira Peters, senior director. “As we celebrate their 30th anniversaries, we honor the lasting impact these centers have had on individuals and families, fostering a sense of belonging and well-being. This milestone is a testament to the dedication of staff, volunteers and community partners who have made a difference in countless lives.”
To commemorate their 30th anniversaries, both centers hosted celebratory events in March.
